The Screened in Deck and Gable
This was a fun project! We demolished the old deck they had and created exactly what they wanted! Decking is TimberTech English Walnut with black aluminum railings. We did Azek post wraps and covered all pressure treated lumber with Azek. We made this a three season by adding a screen to inclose the gable area with two Tungsten 3,000 watt heaters to warm up the area in the fall and the warmer winter days! We installed recessed lighting, a fan and outlets.

Basement Remodel
Finished this basement remodel. Vinyl flooring, carpeted stairs, full bathroom with tile shower and the picture frame TV mounting in living area.
